Vi er eksperter i å hjelpe virksomheter bli mer Agile - eller Smidige som vi gjerne kaller det i Norge. Mange velger å benytte Scrum som rammeverk, men dette er ingen betingelse. Sammen utarbeider vi en strategi for endringsprosessen i det tempoet dere ønsker. Vi står for opplæring, veiledning av ledelse og teamene slik at innføringen gjøres på en mest mulig effektiv måte.

agile42 benytter en omstillingsmetode som består av 4 trinn: Assessment, Strategi, Opplæring og Coaching. Denne fremgangsmåten gjør at vi raskt og effektivt lærer oss å forstå dine unike behov slik at vi sammen kan tilpasse ambisjonsnivå og skala. Noen velger å gå bredt ut med Enterprise Tranistion Program, andre vil gjøre det mer gradvis.

Omstillingen

 Tilpasning 

Rammeverk som Scrum kan brukes av nærmest en hvilken som helst virksomhet. Men den nye arbeidsformen må tilpasses til de spesielle betingelsene som gjelder i nettopp din organisasjon. Om du er stor eller liten, vil gjøre dette fort eller bruke tid, om du er i startgropa eller har erfaring med smidig tankegang. Alt dette får innvirkning på hvordan vi angriper transisjonen. Strategy

Transitioning to agile, like any major change, requires a clear strategy. The strategy is needed to set the guidelines on how to support the teams as they adopt new working practices like Scrum, as well as informing and supporting the rest of the organization which will be inevitably affected by them. It is important to understand that once the transition to agile starts, it will never stop again as there is no “ideal” end state; agility is centred on continuous improvement rather than a single end state.

Coaching

Training may provide the tools and the theory on how and why agile methodologies work, but coaching provides applied knowledge and experience to help people fully adapt to the new methods.
